This is not a league table and cannot be read as one. Companies do not get comparable stretches of coast, and counting spills against each other would say more about how much coastline each one covers than about how it behaves. What this page answers is narrower and more useful: if you swim near here, whose pipes are they.

An overflow being quiet is not the same as an overflow being clean, and a monitor that is offline is a gap rather than an all clear. Both are shown as such on each beach page.
